Per Indiana Liquor Law, if we run out of product no one is permitted to leave to go get more.
If there are any leftover, unopened products they must go back with the bar caterers.
Once Bourbons and Brews staff and liquor license are on-site all outside alcohol must be disposed of.
Only individuals 21 and older are permitted at the bar and to be served.
All packages include: Two (2) bartenders, serving up to five (5) hours, ATC permits, liquor liability insurance, consultations (up to 3) Unlimited cups and ice (for the bar only), custom drink menu, bar decor of your choice, beverage napkins, straws and bar tools.
All full service events a 15% gratuity will apply, with tip jar being displayed, 25% gratuity will apply if tip jar is removed Gratuity will not be added to cash bar packages.
If any outside alcohol is found, we have the right to terminate bar service and the full bill is due immediately.
We require a $300 non-refundable deposit upon booking to secure your spot. The remainder of your balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If changes are needed to the contract after signing a $100 non-refundable fee will be charged.
Any event over 50 miles one-direction will require a travel fee.
